I got job offer in one Travel agency.They offering 250 BHD. and Free accommodation (No Food)
Is it enough to live and save money ......?

It's all relative, depends on your lifestyle, even with accomodation you may find that 250BD isn't a lot.
Are they paying bills?
Renting a car for a month is about 150-200BD then add costs like mobile phone plans, Internet, groceries.
Personally for a person with a degree I think that is a very low salary and for what you may manage to save it probably won't be worth it.
