Tabreed Airconditioning charges at Reef island

Hello! My husband and I recently purchased a 2bedroom 129 sqm flat in reef island. We're told by the developer/property management that the standard charges for our a.c. tabreed services is bd53 plus extra if we consume more than 6tonnes a month. I'm just puzzled how it could be that high when it's supposed to be a more efficient system. If you have property at the same area please share how much you pay monthly. If anybody from tabreed is reading this, kindly shed light on this topic. Thanks! All comments are much appreciated! !
