I have had the most horrible time with gettng my things shipped to Kazakhstan. Right now I need someone who speaks Kazakh or Russian to speak to teh movers for me. I moved here from China,a nd they seem to be unable to get themovers to deliver my boxes to my flat. Can someone please help me with this?

Hi, have you paid all the taxes on the items?

The customs department in Kazakhstan can be a nightmare to deal with and if you do not speak either Kazakh or Russian and your shipping company does not speak English to communicate with you or they do not speak Kazakh or Russian, then you have a very difficult situation.

Are you moving to Kazakhstan to be a teacher in the NIS or to work for a company here? If either of those are the case, then you should approach them to get the requisite guidance and help.
