We're two young doctors from Czech republic, coming to SKMC in March (20/3 2015) to complete one of our fellowships and we're looking for some nice, affordable accommodation from 20/3 to 15/5 2015.

That's a very easy thing to find, and its too early to start looking now.
A month before you arrive, you can start looking, and I can help you to find something suitable, as lots of options are available
