I dont know where you live, but if you stroll down Changkat Bukit Bintang you will find people socialising. Of course Saturday and Sunday sports events are also good interactive opportunities. Choose the bars rather than the restaurants.

There is also a pub crawl that starts from The Lobby in Jalan Nagasari every Thursday and Saturday.
