Nice ambition. Are you new in UAE? If yes, concentrate on getting a job first and later find a UN job. I guess it is not easily come by.

you should register on the internet website of UNV (UN volunteers).
http://www.unv.org/

It takes some time but depending on what you can do you can be proposed interesting missions.

As Primadonna said, it is difficult to get a job with UN agencies. You have to have formal qualifications and some work experience as well.

I worked for UNOPS in Sudan.

I suggest that you do an online search for UN jobs so you can get an idea of the requirements.
