Does anyone here have experience with both? Just wondering how it compares. Obviously Cuba won't allow you to actually earn money there, as opposed to the Dominican where you have more freedom that way. But then Cuba is safer and has a better level of education and different culture.
I imagine there may be some similarities in the dating scene as well (I'm a single straight guy from Canada).

I do not know why anyone would want to go to cuba but that is just me. I like it in RD. as far as better education I do not know if that is true.
