Living in Sofia

Hello, regarding salary and as mentioned at another post, 2100BGN is enough to live in Sofia, although it will depend on your expending level. Sofia can be really cheap or extremely expensive, so watch out.
Flat, you may find a lot of nice place for around 600BGN at the starting expensive point, take a look at:

Dangerous, well, in my opinion it is not. Living here for a long time already and never got into troubles. Of course, this is a big city so take your usual precautions as at any other one.

2100 BGN is plenty to live on, would be considered a v.nice salary here especially as you are getting other allowances on top.  You will have found out by now anyway.  How is it going?

I lived in Sofia for 4 years and never felt any danger, no more then London, Paris or Frankfurt for that matter.
Sofia is a great place.
