I think Cheapest Way To Ship FedEx Or UPS, got to compare to find out who offers better service.

You can send through the Government Post Office and I have never lost a package either way. It is the cheapest way and last I remember from a year ago is about two pounds for about $50. It will take two to three weeks. I sent Documents some 5 years ago through DHL and it cost for 0ne pound about $80 dollars then. I now send documents by internet.

On the flip side of this request...
I have posted 2 packages via the post office from USA to Madagascar and they were both opened and items stolen or replaced with items of less value. (a pair of womens shoes arrived in Madagascar a different style and size!). Headphones or anything electronic disappeared en route.
I would think DHL, UPS or Fed ex are far more reliable than the post office.
My friend in Madagascar sent a package of t shirts to the USA and they all arrived ok.
I have been to Madagascar as a tourist 3 times within the last few years.
