Yes it is still available for now....the bedroom coming up in January 1st 2015 or earlier is a room with an in suite 3 Pc Bathroom.
The rent I am asking is USD $750.00 that includes the following,
1.Electricity.
2.Stand Bye Generator charges.
3.Maid Services.
4.Security in the Building
5.Gym use and Pool in the Building.
6.Water from the Bore hole (never run out of water)
7. Fully furnished place.
8.Television Cable.

You need to see to appreciate the place.

Have been leaving in this building for the last 6 years myself.I am showing the place after the end of the month, like always there is a good interest but I screen the people that I want to share the place.
