I was offering to help with Dutch lessons through Skype but there was not much interests or effort, Therefore I quite.
Why don't you ask on the India forum if there are Dutch or Belgium members who are willing to help you?
Instead using Skype you can meet them in real.
Seems more fun to me.

please check the suggestion given by Primadonna which is quite helpful for your situation. Moreover, you can also check our Language Classes in Netherlands section where you might find helpful ads.
I would suggest that you post an ad in the same section as well.
