I am staying in my husbands visa . Now I am going to my home country for few months during that time my visa will get expire. Is visa ban applicable in this case

u must come back before visa expire to renew otherwise again fres process

canot understand u coming on husband visa he is working so where is ban. ban is if u are on employment visa
