I love Ball Mason Jars and want to buy them in PR but can't find a source. I have checked Amazon, which would be a perfect solution except that people complain that they arrived broken. I live in Rincon, northwestern PR, but I'm open to a source anywhere in PR. Anyone have info?

Did you check Wal-Mart in Mayaguez? There is also a ferreteria on the way to Aguadilla. It's right at the bottom of the hill on Rt.2 before you get to the Aguadilla mall. It's in a little shopping center across from Walgreens. The store is located behind Wendy's, I just can't remember the name of it. If they don't have them they might be able to tell you where to get them. Also try Taylors Do-it center on Rt2 in Aguada. In the meantime I'll ask some friends. I know a lot of Hippie types that grow and preserve their own food.

I remember seeing them in Home Depot back in the States - not sure if the ones in PR would carry them. Good luck with your search.
