Last three months before I got a offer letter from bahrain .then I agreeed & sent a acceptance copy throught mail. But my lmra designation is differnt .
once I reached to bahrain they issue me new offer letter as per the lmra .
here am not happy with current work so resigned my job probition period only..
Now my emolyer is asking to pay money for visa ,flight ticket and hotel fee.
and they holded my passport and CPR.

They cannot hold your passport / CPR. This is illegal in Bahrain. However it is normal for them to ask you to pay for the visa, flights, relocation etc as you have resigned.

Go and visit LMRA near Bahrain Mall and explain the situation to get the best advice. The company can not hold your CPR or passport but they are probably doing it to ensure that they get back the money on flights etc that is owed to them if you leave early in a contract. Maybe suggest working a little longer for them so that they can take a small amount each month for you to repay them the flights etc
