There are few places like this here in jeddah, but one of the best ones, and the closest to Oxfam concept,   is the goodwill shop of Al Taif Charity Organization in Khalidia Destrict off Al Rawdah Street behind Al Badriah Tower.

You can try a mosque in your area if there are willing to take in the used clothes for the poor.

Please support Mawakeb Alajer in the al khaladiya district near Saudi city Compound ... Just around the corner from a fabulous women's salon Manna... They support an orphanage and this converted villa is staffed by the older orphanage female residents that are getting on the job training. Ask for Ms. Mouna!
