Hi everyone!
Can anyone please advise me which mobile network is best in Riyadh for iphone 5, & also best for web access please!
I'm moving out in 4 weeks!

For web access , I suggest you take Zain !
Zain provides you high speed access with no "Fair Usage Policy"

You can get a 15 months subscription for 170 Pounds !

For mobile usage , both STC and Mobily are promising , I am a user of Mobily and I am satisfied with it !

For data zain is great!
For calls STC
I would advice to get a HUAWEI 4G (ex Jarir booksto) with 1 year zain data plan unlimited for around 1000SAR
And never use regular mobile data it will run your bill to the roof!

there is a good offer at Mursalat, where you can get the device , and 18 months subscription with a total of 1700 SAR for STC, unlimited. which means less than 100 SAR per month.
For mobile, STC network still the most wide spread one
