In 2010 I read a question on blog of what is it like living on $5000.00 (U.S A. Dollars) a month in the Philippines. It is 2014 soon to be 2015. I would like to know now how life would be like living...

For me folks, respectfully, this thread started to dry up some way back.
From a female perspective, it is sad that there are some of the male fraternity who present themselves as so judgemental. I had been following the thread for some time, and could not sit back and not comment on the reference to farm animals .... mmm ... interesting quotation ..... Time to move on from this one, and absorb the many positive comments re: the initial thread. Lots of other topics to choose from eh!

it makes my mind do back flips.. living in philippines on $5ooo mth.. thats 200,000 paso per mth'''iam from australia and i work and i dont earn $1250 per week,,, hehehe i think i no how iam going to retire early ...thanks guys ,,i will find u guys rooms hotels whatever for $5ooo per mth
