Moving and language

hi, me and my family might be moving Petrokerasa we are looking to buy an existing business, would like to find out what is best way to proceed, also none of speak Greek but I would attend a local college to learn, on the crete site there is an expats page which explains what you would need to do, any help would be most appreciated
