What is the cost of living in Stockholm? Can a family of 4 survive on 85,000 sek a month gross? Worried a bit about taxes.....is anyone from from Manhattan living in Stockholm that can let me know if the cost of living there is higher than here? Just trying to prepare😄

A complicated answer would be that it depends on your expected living standards etc.

But a short answer is that 85000sek/month (gross) is a very high salary, so there shouldn't be any problems.
As for exact tax rates it will depend a bit on exactly where you end up living as different "komuner" has slightly different tax rates. But you can probably count on paying around 42% tax on an income of 85k/month.
