any info on when the ferry service from HCMC to Vung Tau will resume after cancellation early in the year?

My office looks out over the River SaiGon or whatever they call this large stretch of water (River Nha Be or River Dong Nai).
I have seen no Vung Tau ferries of ether the old style (all condemned as unseaworthy) or the new built-in-VietNam types other than the water trials of early production types. They are sweet looking boats.
Without a doubt there will be a great fanfare when they start up and TON DUC THANG will be blocked with taxis doing U-turns.

They were supposed to start at the end of August, but this is Vietnam it will happen when it happens. Companies like Hoa Mai,Toan Thanh and Phuong Trang are loving the fact there are no ferries.
