I arrived in Brussels yesterday with family.
Can you let me know which is the nearest Commune or City Hall where I have to go for residence permit? I am in Forest, Brussels. Also what documents I should carry, what time I should be there and should I take my family along?

Yes take every family member.
Take passports, birth certificates, marriage certificates, work contracts, work permits (if relevant), housing contract. Anything else you think is relevant. Impossible to say what else without knowing your personal circumstances.
