Dear friends

I have an opportunity to travel to KSA - Dammam as I plan to join on good company with SAR 13000. The accommodation is taken care by self and they do provide a descent settling allowance along with mobile phone, medical and other allowances as per the laws. Entitled to petroleum allowance once on obtaining a DL.Friends, could you please advice if this a reasonable salary for any bachelor to save and get along there for few years and also what would be the level of savings and expenses.

Hi Raghavan,

It's a decent salary in KSA. If you mention your job profile and the experience level we may precisely tell you what the good package is. Like when I started my career (10 yrs back) into IT as fresher in Dammam I was happy to get 3000 SR PM, now I'm getting 10 times more in UAE but still it's complicated like the relationship status 
