I am thinking of bringing my plant from here (bought it from Ikea) to another country within Asia. Has anyone does this before? Thanks!

Bringing a plant out of Singapore is no problem, but you should check the import and hygiene regulations of the country you're going to, to be sure you can bring it into that country.
If the plant is too big to carry it yourself, you need a freight forwarder (and probably more money than the plant is worth).
