I'm An - Recruitment Assistant at Remote Resources. We're doing offshore staffing solutions throughout Asia. Now, we are seeking for talents for Customer Support position. Below is some info about this job:

Responsibilities
•    Answering the phone to respond to general customer inquiries, questions, and customer complaints
•    Associate to meet the needs of the business by demonstrating outstanding interpersonal skills
•    Project a professional company image through phone interaction
•    Identify, research and resolve customers issues
•    Follow up on customers inquiries/ issues
•    Provide on-the-job training for new employees

Requirement
•    FLUENTLY in French (reading, writing and listening)
•    Good knowledge in English
•    Computer literate with the ability to learn technical knowledge (Internet, Laptop, Wireless, Smartphone, etc.)
•    A very sharp sense of customer service: managing the customer relationship
•    Good problem solving  and attention to details
•    Be responsive and be organized
•    Obtained DELF B2
