Which month is the peak time of MOM Singapore?
Now, Do they process the spass application or stop the process of all applications for any reason?
plz let me know .

There is no peak time for S-Pass applications, although the month before CNY is slower and the month after it more hectic. S-Passes are always processed, all year round. Why do you ask?
