Could you please give us more information.
What sort of factory and what type of business.
Where you want to set up.
Partnership with local partner, take over existing factory

I suggest it would be best for you to come over to Cambodia yourself, stay for a month or so and check out things. That way you will have first hand information and see exactly what you are up against and how business is down in Cambodia.

That is a good idea and opportunity to have the such of Factory.

I know some people who is working online for this kind of job. Their processes are; the company abroad needs new fashion of Imitation Jewelry as ordering and they let some samples and let people here design it then send it back to the factory abroad. After that, they send back the products to Cambodia and sell them or deliver to other Clients's ordered. People here work very good and in time.

You get the right way,

Yes, there are many company working in this way,
But i planning to open a factory for all the step in Cambodia,
At the mean time , i will keep my China factory continue to run,
That mean from photoshop , Cad .. ..........&  production
I think a lot of factory owners are consider to open another factory beside China,
But we need to select the countries , like Thailand , Burma .............ect,
Vietnam was suicided - they eat the hen than keep to have eggs,
Otherwise , she is the best ,
Now, it is a good chance for the south aisa countries to replace China,
The world's factory !!!!!!!!!

I also work in this field. our products are about comber noil and yarn from India. I hope we can coordination in the future:)
