Of course.. License is very important... Otherwise... the Government operatives will jail the operators...
PM me for more details.. You must be aware that there is a long process.. Like any other game operators you need to follow the minimum investment required if you are a foreigner, and documentations.. such as safety clearance, registrations etc

Hi what kind of house games are you talking about. To what I know, if you want to do online gaming here, it is to cater to anyone OUT of philippines, and not in the country.
That is my knowledge from formerly working in a BPO for an online gaming company. If you need staff though, you can hire me
