seeking job in singapore . i have selected in a recruitment but my qualification is double diploma one in india and another in london but my company is telling that they ll get an epass for me but though i am a diploma holder i get can s pass only so can i trust them or not and they are asking me 400$ to apply for it. but when i ask the same question he told me he dont have s pass quota and he was nearly20 ys exp and he got epass for some diploma holders before so can i know whether i can apply for epass or to try for only s pass

It is not allowed for recruiters and/or employers to charge the job seeker for anything, including visa applications. Thus the people you are dealing with are criminals and you should be careful. Don't give them any money!
(An EP without university degree is possible if you earn above S$8000/month - or if MoM makes an exception in very, very rare cases.)
