You could try the mining companies in Laos. www.mmg.com or www.panaust.com.au open the sites and click on careers.
If they have no immediate positions available you can send them your CV.
There are other mining and construction companies too so check through the phone book and contact them.
You could also Google 'engineering jobs laos' and see what comes up.
There is one other website worth looking at www.108job.la
