I have been trying to look for sample rental contract for residential apartment which expats / foreigners can use when they rent a furnished flat.
Will it be possible for anyone to help share the sample of rental contract (in Arabic along with English translation) that can be referred to. The objective is to see what are the clauses that should be included & what are the clauses that need to be reviewed with caution.
Any guidance in this regard will be much appreciated.
