Hi,
I had my two kids in Namibia. Myself and my wife are Expatriates on Work Permit.One has to apply for a birth certificate at Ministry of Home Affairs counters at Public Hospitals. You have to fill a form and attach copies of passports for both father and the mother as well as hospital records. In our case, Namibian full birth certificates were issued that has Non-Namibian recorded in brackets.
