Its an interesting idea. Will work in some areas and not others. There are informal ice cream vendors on converted bikes in some areas and of course the skim ice (freezies) vendors...
You need to incorporate and get a business license..... as long as you are not making the product, just reselling you should be ok, but, I can check.
