Hallo anyone here can give me idea for fiancee visa. Im from philippines
Me and my fiancee applied last april 10 now we under go C.I for the documents and August 5 the background check is the Done.
My question is after the background check how long we need to wait till the registrar in germany will approved the date of marriage or the legal capacity to marry. Its almost 6 months now we dont have news about it. Thank you.

Hi dva21.
You might be entitled to a three month visa to organise your marriage.
I am not aware of a Fiancee visa for Germany.
You can apply for a spousal or family reunion visa perhaps?
If you're really unsure, I suggest an English speaking Immigration lawyer.

Marrying a foreigner in Germany is notoriously difficult and time-consuming. Your fiancee should ask for the status (and reason for the delay) at the Auslaenderamt where he/she applied for it.
Alternatively, you could marry elsewhere (Denmark, Las Vegas and Singapore are easy and quick). Getting a foreign marriage recognised in Germany is much easier and faster.

Yes, super its so stressfull and difficult to enter or marry in germany
Actually tomorrow my fiancee will call and yes its almost 7 months now but theres no news about the Result and about the Documents. Thank you so much.
Whatever happens to this our second option is to marry like what you say.
