I'm looking for expats who want to practice ceceo, vosotros, etc. The intercambios with locals are not helping -- they start CONversing in English but end up doing long MONOlogues in Spanish. In desperation, I joined a few clubs that don't do intercambio but found that SPANARDS DON'T SHUT UP, even among themselves!
