What i know is that they are into initial set up only. They need manpower of 1,400 max when hospital is full run. Management will provide 20%  personnel from Korea and  rest 80% i.e approx 1,100 they had to recruit from local market. All this recruitment and manpower planning cannot happen suddenly in one month or to month. So the recruitment process will be on going for at least 6-8 months.

That's good news then. Are you an applicant also? Some members in this forum applied through amihealthcare (including me), we received an email from them, that the hospital required us some documents and a sksh application form to be filled up, we submitted that documents thru them but until now there's no feedback. We also applied thru the email address and is waiting for their call.

I think amihealthcare consultancy is appointed by Methodist Global Health Care Services . But now they re tendered and SNUH won.So what ever appointment letter/Job offer by amihealthcare/Methodist not valid anymore. Now all the recruitment will be handled by new management. I have no idea they will outsource recruitment to new consultancy or do the work by in house recruitment team. If you are near RAK then you can visit the hospital and meet the concerned. I am in abu dhabi and my friend in RAK went to the hospital and he told me one arabic lady is collecting the CV. I applied to the gmail id today . If you had some body to recommend in SKSH then defiantly you will get job there.So better to network hard with friends to get a lead. My friend submitted his CV with a reference from UAE national guy he knows. He submitted his CV 2 days before and   waiting for the result.

No. I am a med.tech and I am on night duty till tom.I want to try to go in sksh also by next week if I could swap my sched to my colligue.pls try to update me once you call them by tom or if you find time to go to the site. By the way frim where are you?

I'm really wondering why sksh  don't call us (my friengs from seha) when we really have a very good experience(not boasting) experience wise I worked in a CAP accredited hosp.both in saudi arabia and here in uae.and akso a jcia accredited hosp.

I came to know they are accepting CV from walking applicants.But i thing they will not fix for interview immediately.I came to know from my friend that some body working as a nurse in RAK ministry hospital got appoint letter from SKSH and she resigned her RAK ministry nurse job. She had interview with one Korean lady.I don't have much information but i will update you if i get any new information.

Thanks for the info.my friend's colleague has been called yesterday for interview.she was scheduled on sunday.we will try to hand her our cv hoping that we too be called for an interview. Please update us thru this site whatever things you'll know.

Let's just be patient. And that's good news that your friend has been scheduled for an interview. Anyway, I didn't call, I went there yesterday afternoon and gave my cv. They told me to wait to be called. So, let's stay positive and hope for the best.

Were there many applicants going there? Are they(sksh) continue to interview applicants even after  october? Were you able to ask up to when they are going to intertain applicants on the site. My friend and I were planning to personally hand on our cv by next week.

i saw only 1 Indian lady, they said they're still accepting cv's but when I ask if until when they will interview applicants they didn't answer. As what one member of this forum said,I think they will not stop entertaining until this month. If you happen to go there ayagirl,please ask again. Thank you. 

Hi everyone! I went there once to submit my cv and still waitin for the call... i heard from the receptionist who received my cv that they are not accepting staff from govt healthcare facilities..i dunno how true but that's what she asked if i'm working in any of the govt facilities..accdg to her, they will start calling nurses this nov..hopefully we'll be called for interview soon...

I will ask my friend to ask her colleague to take our CV since she will have her interview on sunday. If SKSH will not call 'till tuesday I and my friend will visit the site on weds.

Does anyone knows how to go to sksh? I went there before with private car but this time I want to know how to  get there thru public vehicle. I'm from abi dhabi..please advise.ty

From Abu Dhabi you should go to Union Square Bus Stand( or from abu dhabi to Sharjah bus stant).From there you can get RAK bus.From RAK Bus stand take a cab to SKSH and cost around aed 25.

By the way you said earlie that 1 nurse from rak ministry hosp to join sksh, isn't rak ministry is a giv hosp? I just read from one member that sksh is not accepting applicant from gov.how true is it? Im firm a gov facility

Hi Aya, the nurse i mentioned worked in govt RAK hospital and it is mentioned by my friend. I don't have much details.any way if you have time it is better to go there and find the truth.

The RAK Hospital is a private facility, the govt hosp there is Saqr Hosp..so no problem...

When i went there to hand in my cv, the lady in the reception asked me if i'm currently working and if it's private or gov't coz she said they will not accept staff from any govt facility.that's what she told me i dunno how true..when i said private, she accepted my cv. Just try to inquire also if this is correct.goodluck to all of us here!

No updates yet Azia. I was not able to visit the site yet. My friend's colleague who had an interview last sunday was told to wait in 2 weeks time for the result of her interview. She also gave our CV to the HR and was told that we will wait for 1 week. If in a week time that sksh will not contact us, I will try to visit the site and let you inform.

ok, please keep me posted. Did your friend's colleague able to ask until when they will conduct the interview? Did she got any contact number?or they're not entertaining phone calls?
