Mincing machine knife sharpening

Hi guys!

Hello, anyone knows where i could find a place  to sharpening a mincing machine knife?

Just buy a sharpener.

Describe the 'knife'.

Most mincers have 'wheels' with holes in them, one fixed and the other rotating, which cut the meat forced through them.

If it is a knife, as we all understand it, I can give you an address.

Of course, every supermarket has a mincing machines and they could likely tell you.

Yes I know usually to sharpen all together. The rotate part and the "knife". That's why I am looking for a place where they can do it  professional manner.

Go ask a butcher in a supermarket.

My guy is only knives.

This question of yours kept bugging me.

Turns out, according to a retail store equipment salesman, mincing machines are SELF-SHARPENING.

Of you look at the blades, I was told, you will see they appear different to each other. One of them is the 'sharpener'.

You have to buy NEW BLADES (set of) to improve the sharpening qualities.
