Just wanted to know if a bachelor is allowed to give tutions to small children in the kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Hello Shreeji,
It has been discussed previously on the forum that any paid job out side the Kafeel on your Iqama is 'illegal' . If it is tuitions or driving a taxi , or working in a shop as salesman is same offence.
Traditionally , a lot of expats have been giving tuitions and in my experience authorities have shown a soft corner for teachers in comparison to other jobs.
Protecting young kids is a sensitive issue most of the parents are well aware of in today 's environment and I am sure they will exercise what ever is necessary to ensure their children's safety while inviting a teacher at their residence.
