Ummm , well here what I found on the Saudi Airlines website related to Umrah Visas !

" Umrah visa holders should enter and depart from King Abdulaziz International Airport in Jeddah, Prince Mohammed Bin Abdulaziz Airport in Madinah or Prince Abdulmohsin Bin Abdulaziz Airport in Yanbu only without passing through other Saudi airports. "

I don't know whether you can jump across the bridge entering on Umrah visa , a simple phone call to the Embassy in Manama would clear your doubts straight away
