I am about to buy an old house with a big yard in Rupkite Village and I would like to get some info form people that DO know the village.

can anyone help on these subjects:

- Gypsy population there, their behavior and criminal activities (such as burgling inside empty houses);
- Water supply on summers;
- Internet/cable TV availability

I know that I am focused on the negative side but these are extremely important subjects.

Can anyone also recommend a Construction company or individual to do proper reconstruction works in the village ( If I decide to buy it).

Hello Sir ,
In Rupkite you have no gipsin citizen !! The maire fom the village dont accept them . This region
is extremely safe . Absolutely nothing has happened there since many many years !!! A lot of EU and UK citizen are living near Chirpan . Your choise to live in this region ..... perfect .
