if you hired locally Hmc will provide you the housing allowance.

I thought if you are hired locally, they will not give you the housing allowance?

Can you refer to the previous Post as what you said HMC will provide you the housing. And it was mentioned if they will provide you the housing, after then you can leave out and housing allowance will be provided.
