Do you love islands?

yes very romantic and magical

Small islands are best, I think. An Island the size of Great Britain, for instance, is hard to think of as an island. The same with Australia (sometimes called a continent, sometimes an island). Islands with high populations are also a separate category, to me (Java, for instance, and Britain again) - as are islands connected by bridges to bigger pieces of land (Manhattan).

My home island here in the Caribbean is only 82 square miles, and has a population of 50,000. Now that's an island!

I agree! Island are just really breathe-taking! You should try to visit the Islands of the Philippines too. http://www.saftravel.com/17.html ^^
