Apply for a marriage certificate at city hall. Set an appointment. DO NOT TELL ANYONE. Buy cheap simple wedding bands and keep them out of view. Do not buy wedding costumes. On the eve of the wedding, ask two of your friends to accompany you somewhere the next day (do not tell them about the wedding. These two will serve as witnesses). Wear your best clothes. Go to city hall with your friends and get married. Have them take pictures.

First. Do not marry on philippines. Big mistake. If you can go anywhere else. IF, and know we all think everything is beautiful and heaven will protect us from bad thing.
