hi. I would like to seek guidance from anybody who know the Bahrain Law.
I am currently working now here in Bahrain and I found a new better job. now I am turning 6 mos with my employer. I am planning to resign before my 6th month.

my concern is, will my employer let me pay the rest of the visa? and when they cancel my visa I am allowed to apply for mobility ryt? I am demotivated with my employer ryt now. they even let me do work which is not in my job description.

please someone give me advise

Your contract of employment is the first reference. Notice period, costs, etc will all be mentioned there. If not you will have to refer to Bahrain Labour Law.

If your employer accepts your resignation, then agree the terms of your leaving within 6 months, ie., costs to be paid and similar.
