How much does a fire cost in ukraine, vinnitsa to be precise? a girl i know says heating will not be on until november and she is wanting probably an electric or gas heater,

any ideas.

A small heater costs about $7.00 USD in Kyiv. As of last night they were selling in Karavan a large grocery store. This is around 80 Hryvnia's in Ukrainan money. They can run all the way to 800 hyrvnia's depending on what a person is looking for. My wife and I are using the small heater at this time and it is 8 yrs old and still working good for now.
