Looking for a fulfurnished condo/apartment for rent

I am looking for a very quiet and clean apartment in Shin Saw Pu Road or in an area not too far from Network International School, with 2 bedrooms and kitchen, preferably a low rise building and green area. The air-conditionners should be newish or in at least well maintained conditions, bathrooms and kitchen should be well-maintained too.

The budget is $1,000 +/- per month
