How private Messeges can be active!

Does anyone tell me how private messages could be active to send for new Expat members?!

By participating and sharing your experiences on several forum will do the trick.
After a certain amount of post your mail system will unlocked automatically.
Useless post like "Hi", posting a smiley doesn't work.

So you need more posting to do!

You have just joined Expat-blog and know absolutely nobody here, why then would you be concerned about the private message system. Unless you're intending to start sending out unsolicited messages to members who don't know you or need whatever you're selling; of course.

If that's your intention here then please don't waste your time even trying to activate your message privileges because you'll only get your mailbox locked out anyway if you do this.
