It would depend on how much experience you have, what qualifications.
It could also depend on what exactly the position is, is it for an engineer only looking after one section of work, or looking after 2 or 3 sections.
The employer would have put in a tender price for the contract so his allowance for payment to engineers may be a little lower.
As you can see there are many variables.

I agree with Farhaz. What is your offer? Be advised that cost of living in Bahrain is quite expensive. I use to live in Manama, Bahrain.

I think it is salary around 70 BD + overtime so total is 150 BD.
