Hallo everybody!
Shortly, I want to find the place where chefs are taught in Malta. 
Is there Some university here? Or some special long-term courses? I want to study myself and more need someone who has already experience in cooking for many people (70-100)

i think there s a place in pembroke
cant remember what they call it though
and young up and coming trainee chefs are all tested out there for conventions and big meetings etc.
