Hello everyone I am asking this question in curiosity that in Saudi Arabia,are there any companies which charge us some money for the recruitment and the facilities they are giving us after joining the job? If so why they do this?

There are many people seeking to work abroad or maybe to find a work in their own country. It is quite a difficult task for most people to find a good job with a good deal from a company. There are companies who offer services such as to find the best deal for you to get a job and takes in charge all the negociation process for you.
As this is a service, it is quite normal that some companies require a fee for that. The amount differs from company to company, but it is quite a normal procedure.

One time fee is acceptable but not after you start working. I'm pretty sure the agency getting something from the company as well. As to why they are still charging.. No idea.
