I am asking for advice regarding an English speaking attorney services in Saigon. The embassy gave me a large printout of names but if somebody here has direct experience i would be appreciative.

I need to get a legal document appointing me legal guardian/primary caregiver of my 6 year old son. My son's mother agrees to sign giving me custody. I was told at the embassy my son can not receive monetary benefits from my social security directly while he is living in VN, but that the money would be kept for him and could be paid if he leaves VN and establishes residency for 6 months in a approved country. Vn being Vn.
